Clare a very educated Saiyan who is the oldest child of King Vegeta is sent on a mission to go and try to make a truce with the Frost Kingdom. Clare is sent to help train Frieza but when both Frieza and Clare become friends their worlds and the history of Dragon ball are changed forever as the true story of the Saiyans is reviled.

One day Frosty find's out that before her real mother died her mother saved her from King Cold and tried to escape from King Cold's awful wrath of destruction. Her mother's dying wish was for Frosty to help save her father from his evil brother Cooler-who what's to kill Frieza and take the throne as the emperor. However, her mother's full wish was for Frosty to find her father and to hopefully bring her family back together again somehow. So Frosty heads out to find her long-lost father with a close friend Ignatius who is very similar to Puar to help find her father? However, Frosty being Innocent does not know anything about who her real father is or anything about the past of the Saiyan's or about who caused their destruction? Will Frosty be able to find out the truth about the past and fulfill her mother's dying wish???? Will she be able to master the Impossible Super Saiyan Blizzard???
