When Sydney , a 15 year old girl gets bullied at school and has lost the will to live , her birth dad she has not seen in 13 years finds her and finds out about her self harm , he takes it as his mission to fix her and give her a better life .

"I don't date black girls Eden." Adam said with his hands in his pockets, bright green and grey eyes staring up at the midnight sky with its sparkling stars. "And why not?" I raised an eyebrow ,as I crossed my arms for his most likely pathetic reply. I was ready to tell his boy off, he doesn't date black girls but he sure does love kissing them. "My parents are racist." he looked back down at me with his genuinely sorry eyes. " What your parents don't know won't hurt them." I smirked causing him to laugh.

The last summer of my high school life has finally arrived before I go off the college. Me and my mom thought it'd be great for me to go to an away summer camp, to get the feel of college and whatnot. I was so excited, until... ^^^^^ "God, you are such a di-" I turn my lovely head to face his, seeing the wide smirk upon his face. "Oh my god!" I exclaim, rolling my eyes and throwing my baby blue throw pillow at his oddly perfect sized head. "Oh, pretty girl can pack a throw? I wonder what else you contain beneath those green eyes?"

Loosing a family member is hard. Loosing a twin sister is harder. Having a deadbeat dad is worse.
