Izuku lived a normal life up until the age of four where he was diagnosed quirkless. He got bullied, beaten and lied to. The only good thing he had went up in flames on one fateful night. He had to become a hero, to fulfill his promise to his mother. So, he takes on the role of Neko the infamous vigilante.
