Alethea Elysees, The Third Princess of the Valyra Kingdom, understands the world she was born into. A pawn for her father's politics, she has survived by playing the game she was born into. Alethea must battle her way through the Dead Lands to save her lover and secure the alliance to prevent all out war. And everywhere she looks, the vultures have begun to circle.

After a storm wiped out everything Dawn knew and loved, she's been forced to rebuild what she can and move on. Years spent alone, and only talking to old deities and animals. Although, what will happen when ship wreckage and a family wash up on the coast? (This story is NOT made to make fun of or mock islander cultures or cultures that believe in deities, this is a plot I've thought up when I was younger and still find interesting. I'm also not using an actual religion because 1. I don't want to write a deity/god wrong, or in a disrespectful way. 2. I also already have a fake mythology made up that I can use. I also have posted another story that explains more of the lore/context of this universe/Dawn's island)

As the world succumbs to insatiable zombies, the remnants of the U.S. military forces switch gears from stopping the spread of infection to eradicating infected zones. It was 2025. The start of the "meteorite plague". It all began when meteorites hit our planet and destroyed many cities. Millions of lives were lost. The aftermath of the first wave left a blanket of smoke, covering the atmosphere for weeks. Meteors continued to threaten us after the first wave. Nations began falling to anarchy because of mass panic. In response to this danger, the world's leading nations built a weapon around the planet's orbit. They decimated any meteors before they get anywhere near the Earth. We lived in relative peace for a while until chaos struck again. It's different this time. Millions of people vanished everyday without a sign. We lived in fear. But we're too late when we discovered that the virus from these meteorites was responsible for this; about ninety percent of the world was already gone. But no trace of the dead was found. But we survived in the midst of the crisis. We worked together, uncovering the mysteries behind the meteors and the bodies of the dead little by little. We worked hard, preparing for the worse, Because we know this is far from over.

The plot is strictly not mine. This is something I wrote for—as the title suggests—Deadland Roleplay. Basically, it's set in the universe of Deadland Saga by Rachel Aukes (the best goddamn post-apocalyptic books ever written in the history of mankind, in my opinion), so yeah, it's partly fanfic, partly roleplay. Anyway, here it goes... Nicole Mallari's carefully constructed world gets turned upside down as the zonbistis virus spreads across the Philippines. Caught unawares, she will stop at nothing to survive in this new world reigned by bloodshed and terror to reunite with the rest of her family. Aided by a couple of friends she meets along the way, her life along with her friends' may very well depend on her quick wit and tough-as-nails exterior. Will that be enough, though?
