Lukas Potter is the boy who lived. Amaryllis Potter is the girl who survived. Harry Potter is the boy who died. Two are loved, one is hated. Lukas defeated Voldemort. Amaryllis survived his attack. Harry was killed by him. And yet, at the end of the day, all three children are alive and well... and so is Voldemort. And their mother is dead. James lavishes all of his attention onto his older two children, completely ignoring Harry and even going so far as to send him off to a Muggle boarding school. Harry grows up in fear and pain, while his older siblings grow up spoiled and conceited, being told that they are necessary for the Dark Lord to be defeated again. When they all reunite at Hogwarts, they are startled to see what they've become. Amaryllis is completely and totally convinced of her superiority, Lukas is terrified of the Dark Lord and hiding it under a mask of superiority, and Harry is beaten, shy, and quiet. Yet little Harry is the most powerful of them all-and the most injured. Where will they go from here?

(Work in progress) In the quiet hours between night and dawn, Severus Snape carries a devotion the world will never witness and a grief it could never understand. Haunted by the memory of the only person he ever truly loved, he moves through life like a man bound to a phantom-every choice, every sacrifice, every betrayal traced back to a single name that no longer belongs to the living. As war rises and old allegiances tighten around his throat, Snape finds himself walking a razor-thin line between duty and self-destruction. Each covert act for Dumbledore pulls him deeper into a labyrinth of guilt, and every brush with Voldemort forces him to confront the monstrous shape of his past. Lily's absence becomes both his tormentor and his compass, a ghostly reminder of the life he might have had if he hadn't been consumed by anger, pride, and the hunger to belong. While the wizarding world prepares to choose its side, Snape wrestles with the truth that his love-unyielding, unreturned, and unforgiven-has become the very force driving him toward ruin. With every day that passes, the cost grows heavier: the erosion of his identity, the crushing solitude of his double life, and the chilling realization that some debts can never be repaid, even in death. This is the story of a man who loved too fiercely, lost too deeply, and learned too late that sometimes the greatest burden is not the enemy before you, but the ghost within you.
