Princess Talliah was happy. She loved her kingdom, her mother and Father, her life, everything. Of course, there were things she wished she could change, but was so lucky compared to most. She did belong to the most powerful family in the land, after all. Talliah's parents, the King and Queen of Crestia, had very different views as to how their daughter should act. But none of that mattered what Talliah was suddenly orphaned just after her parents revealed to her that the was betrothed to Prince Dominick of the neighboring Kingdom, Twell. Nothing goes as planned after that day. Especially when the princess falls for a handsome castle guard named Asher.
