After the First Wizarding War, Remus Lupin wants only one thing: to disappear. A lonely house on the windswept coast of England seems like the perfect place to do it- far from the noise, far from the memories. Until he finds the postcard. It's dated August 1978. It's written in Sirius Black's unmistakable handwriting.And it shouldn't exist. More postcards follow, each one more impossible than the last - letters from a summer before the war, from a Sirius who hasn't yet been broken by Azkaban. Remus knows there's no way to change the past. But as the messages keep coming, he starts to wonder if love can still cross years... and whether losing Sirius a second time will destroy him for good.
