this is my first story lol When the government enforce a law that a person can only love there soulmate, Eijirou's life soon turns chaotic. Whilst for Katsuki, his life pretty much remains the same. But when they meet for the first time, will everything make complete sense or will it be awkward? [thisissoooocringey]

What happens when little Bakugo starts testing out how big he can make his explosions? What happens when he makes one way to big? What happens when Izuku is too close to him? What happens when they both end up in the hospital? What happens when they both come out deaf? Or semi deaf for Bakugo. What happens when guilt eats Bakugo up? Well this is the story.

Katsuki Bakugou had been born deaf. He didn't remember the world ever sounding any different than it did now-quiet, muffled, and pulsing with a rhythm only he seemed to follow. He could feel vibrations, read lips decently, and use sign language fluently. But words? Words were distant things. Everyone else lived in noise, while he lived in silence. Izuku didn't stare like the others. Didn't whisper. He just... watched. Not in a creepy way, but with this gentle curiosity, like he wanted to understand. Katsuki caught him looking during homeroom, and then again during introductions, and again when they broke into pairs for quirk assessments.
