Queen terminó la gira "Live Killers" a principios de mayo de 1979 con su último concierto en Japón y antes de regresar a Londres Freddie, Brian, Roger y John decidieron ir directamente a Munich por dos semanas para visitar "Musicland" un estudio de grabación ubicado allá y ver si era adecuado para grabar su nuevo álbum; querían cambiar de estudio ya que las ultimas grabaciones las habían realizado en Francia y Montreaux, lugares hermosos pero un poco aburridos. Alla en esa ciudad, John conocerá a alguien especial quien pondrá de cabeza todo su mundo y le hará dudar entre si continuar con su rutinaria vida o dejar todo y quedarse a vivir en la fría Alemania al lado de quien le ha dado un nuevo sentido a su existencia.

After one year of Brian being in the band he finally allows you to meet the band. You instantly fall into a flirtatious banter with roger and it blossoms from there.
