Dean like to play his guitar and sing some songs with his family, but sometimes his feelings get too loud and some unsaid things got too much clear. After spending some time with Sam, Dean starts hallucinating. Eventually, Sam decides that his brother needs medications and gets him to a mental hospital where Dean will get treatment. Ghosts, hellhounds and all kinds of monsters drive Dean insane so he gets closed in himself without letting anyone see his pain, praying every night for this one thing that will change his life, this one thing is Castiel, Dean's guardian angel.

Dean's a maintenance man, Sam's a nurse. Dean just bought a new house and Sam has two little girls. This is the life they've always wanted, ever since they were young. Sadly, all good things come to an end.
