The boys feel a slight attraction to each other, but they just can't admit it to themselves and to one another. Castiel had been looking for Dean for a week which seemed like months. Sam refused to help. He never told Cas why though;He got that mark he-he shouldn't have. That's what made him run off,Cas had thought this everyday he looked for Dean. Not being an angel didn't help either, he had to travel by car, which made it unnecessarily longer.

(Following Dean's return from purgatory) After a year of clawing through purgatory in search of Castiel, Dean finds himself back home, but the loss of his dearest friend is weighing on him; both in his dreams and while he wakes, he can see Castiel's haunted face just as he remembered it from their last moments together at the gate to earth - his torn and dirtied clothes draped over reaching arms. While tormented by these all too vivid mirages Dean struggles to find the strength he once had; the ability to pretend that things never got to him, but as the days go by - each longer and more tiresome than the last - his composure and strength of will fades rapidly. With Castiel gone and the knowledge that Sammy gave up on him settling like a heavy stone in his stomach Dean yearns for times gone by when simply calling Cas's name would bring the Angel to his side, now, however, his calls go unanswered but for the ever present illusions. "Will we be able to get him back?" Sam asked. Castiel stopped. He took a breath. "No."

As he passed out the drinks, the one they called 'Crowley', the one with the wicked voice, who they called 'Crowley', called Cas over to see his coffee. "Is there something wrong?" Cas asked looking closely at the cup to see what could possibly be wrong. Just as he said that, Crowley splashed the fresh coffee in Cas' face and like a domino effect the others threw their waters at him. Cas stepped back only to slip in the puddle of water and coffee and fall on the floor. Then Crowley got up while laughing and pulled out some money. "This is for the drinks, and here's a tip for making it so funny." He said as he tossed the coins at Cas, who was holding his face in pain and struggling to take a breath. As the entire group left, Cas slowly tried to get up, surprised to be helped by one of the members of the group. It was the one with the green eyes. He knelt down next to Cas and Cas stared at his eyes until he finally said something.

Castiel Novak owns a flower shop in Sioux Falls. He's used to the arrangements people ask for around Valentines Day; roses, orchids, flowers to act as declarations of love. He's not used to gorgeous men asking for "fuck you" bouquets.

Team Free Will has to go to a gala in order to retrieve a former possession of the ghost they're hunting and Cas says he's never danced before. Dean, although volunteered by Sam, teaches his angel how to dance.
