The acceptance to a person's suicide , is hard to go through and understand. You may not understand because simply you aren't depressed. Taking this perspective of someone who is depressed, is dead because of it; May or may not help you only IF you accept it. This here , reading through the passage , you're making a PROMISE to not only read but to Understand. Do NOT think in anyway It was/is your fault. Do NOT share to anyone who isn't ready yet. Do NOT let this happen to yourself BECAUSE- this'll only make you end up like the writer. Dead. The only thing I cant control is what you Do. Do UNDERSTAND , try to help me scientifically to stop this behavior in our minds. To prevent this depression and suicide at all costs Do HELP others, be there for someone thats in need for it. Don't stop because they push you away. Never stop helping Do ASK, its always ok to ask for help. You go through this life in your way. Do CHOOSE which way you want your life to go Yes, this is a confusing description just DONT kill yourself. There's a way through it
