Unlike the story of Kurosaki Ichigo however, this story takes place across the world in a nation hardly mentioned in the original story, the United States. Just how different is Death God life across the world and just how different is the story of Micah Ike from his predecessor in name, Kurosaki Ichigo.

Grim was a young fourteen year old, that, like all teenage girls, was hit with bullying and puberty. Those weren't the end of it, though. Her parents abused her every night for illogical reasons. Every night, she cries herself to sleep every night wondering if it will ever end. Then, she gets the idea. With a gun to her head, she ended her life. Even after that, she awakens in hell. She later finds that she is now a Shinigami, a god of death, that has to kill innocent people for all eternity. She meets friends that know what she went through, though in a different time. An evil being called a Lovre appears and takes lives that aren't on the kill list. Though she is nowhere near as powerful as the Lovre. As a Shinigami, it is her job to kill it, so she cannot back down. Will she succeed?

Nathan has been in the spirit world for quite some time and has been studying in an academy to become a full pledge deathgod. Unfortunately, Nathan is a bit below average student because he has been struggling to know his true ability and so he is worried if he could become a deathgod. However, little did he know, there is a bigger problem they will need to face. A dark force lurking and waiting for the exact moment to conquer their world.

'Some Angels Aren't Recognized' is a book about an OC of mine named Azrail, he's a little bundle of joy who wants everyone to be happy in the long run. He's a lesser of the God Of Death, but hasn't always been in such a place. He was born human, not god. Born as a boy named 'Aziel'. His life alive was full of twist and turns that could threaten to break anyone spirit, though in the end he was happy even if it seemed the world tested him at every corner, from abusive partners to arrogant gods. I don't recommend this book for very young audiences, it contains: Swearing, Violence, Sexual Intentions{Though it contains no real sex scenes} and torcher. Read at your own risk.

It had never occurred to me that I was different from the other students in my classroom. I tried my best to be normal, but nothing seemed to work after a while. I loved ACOWAR but I was really let down by how anticlimactic the appearance of the Bone Carver and Stryga was during the final battle. I felt like it could have been fleshed out more and it would have made the story so much better. This is just a little short story about the Bone Carver's experience during the battle from his perspective. The original characters and story belong to Sarah J. Mass.
