After surviving a fiery plane crash that killed everyone else on board, eighteen-year-old Noah Reyes becomes a media miracle-and a teen hunted by something he can't escape. Haunted by survivor's guilt and the death of the girl he loved, he isolates himself in a seaside hotel room, clinging to the strange seashell he found while scuba diving in the shark-infested waters of Byron Bay.
