A 17 year old finds himself in California in the middle of no where. Unable to remember the last few days, he walks by a road that leads him to an abandoned lab. There he meets 4 people who claim that the lab was part of a company called Syntec. They also claim to be part of a project called "863" and that they are "subject 4". Now with more questions than answers he agrees to help them look for "serum". But he has a secret, one that if known, could endanger the multi-verse as we know it. What could go wrong?

Set after the events of series 3 of Dexter. Dexter is getting use to the life of being a husband, father and .. hiding his kill tools. Dexters life has been okay for now, until Rita starts acting up and mistakes happen in Dexters kills.
