Hiatus for new chapters, being revised! Currently finished up to the NEW chapter 2(I seperate d chapter 1 so there is a chapter missing which is addiction) Based on the Concept Album made by Nocturne's Kiss titled The Edge Of The Outside In a grim future, the United States has become divided into two nations. In the southern nation of Hemlock, the controlled masses known as "Victims" are refused simple rights known to American in the past such as the rights to love freely, speak your mind, or freedom of religion. The Deceivers are working to control the population and keep a constant state of war. The Infiltrators do the dirty work of the Deceivers. An everyday citizen, Blue, known in Hemlock as Subject 1116, has had enough of these rules and has decided he would rather live life as a fugitive participating in acts of love than to be a mindless pawn of the Deceivers of Hemlock. This is his story. Might not be completely accurate to the story but I'm trying my best here :(

Sicarius... a group of serial killers that existed in the society for years, but suddenly disappeared. They are the vampires of the world that can linger through night and day, only asking for bloodshed. The wolves, deceiving humans into cute house dogs only to be devoured by their greed after. The snakes who only knew betrayals and poisons. And the demons that can coexist with humans. A group of wanted killers consisting of 12 members... or so they thought.

There's a legend that talks ever so greatly of the Hell bound. There's a tradition in the Supernatural world that they hold in the memory of the Hell Bound. There's a prophecy among the Demons that foretells the coming of another Hell Bound. One who would be so powerful that she would outrank any other supernatural. "In which way?" The supernaturals asked. The prophet told this: A heart unblemished by that of the evil; A soul untouched by impurity that is of the Deciever, A woman with the Demon's gift but breathe the air of the angels, Kindness, compassion, her power ; Mercy and love, her gift, Powerful in its own right, Hell Bound she is, Where Hell conquers all that is depraved;She will conquer all: Hell, Heaven, and all the realms in between... Ever since the prophecy, the supernaturals have been on the lookout for the Hell Bound. Some, in the intention of protecting her; Some, with intentions that are not purely so honorable. When they finally did find her, they did not expect the Hell Bound to come in the form of Alithiya Rowen, the human omega of the West ridge Pack, mateless, orphaned and completely unaware of her destiny. Alithiya Rowen has grown up in the West ridge pack, knowing she was the only human in a not so human community. She had watched her adoptive brother get mated and settle down and her long time crush and at one point, her loving boyfriend find his mate and settle down as well. She was heart broken and confused as to the reason why she feels so drawn to the supernatural world. All her questions are answered. But not in the way she wanted. Her answers came in the form of Dragon Quinn, the deceiver and ultimately, her husband... Can she find compassion and understanding in a world where mercy and love are naught but foreign myths? Can she fulfill her destiny as the next Hell Bound? Or can she fulfill her destiny as the mate of the Deceiver?

In a world full of lies, myths and twists, where every word might be untrue, where every person might be a deceiver, living is impossible. Then there is also trust, which to some might be a meaningless word, but to others it is everything. For some people, power is the true answer for every single thing, not loyalty, not trust, not even love, just lust for having it all, where the whole world bends to one's will. Which one is going to win? Is it the truth? Or is it power and the deceivers? Or maybe something else...?

Joberlyn, Jhedrick, Keziah, Samantha and Rynna are a normal group of friends or as it seems. A liar, a nice person, a story maker, a boastful person and a deceiver. Just as they thought they'll make it through college safe and sound, when one of them accidentally discovered something. Something, that will put their lives in danger. They kept their mouth shut, they hid secrets from each other. They didn't trust anyone but themselves. They let her deceive everyone. She hid the everything she knows from everyone, including her so called friends. Until one night, while they were camping, they were abducted by the person who she saw the night she discovered a secret. Did she regret it? Will she tell her friends everything she knows? I grabbed a gun and shot him in the arm and he went down. I turned to face the idiot who had gotten us into this situation. "What?" I asked after he continued to stare at me. "Are you an Angel or a Devil?" A kick to my leg interrupted my response. Kneeling on one knee, I turned my torso and shot him in the other arm. "Definitely a devil," he answered his own question. ~ In a world where Angels exist, Lailah Arianna Ezekiel is sent to Earth to protect a human. When a person uses you to get what they want... And you fall for there lies, you come out corrupted.

Sometimes people make us uncomfortable. But maybe it's because we see parts of ourselves within the things we don't like about them.
