Deltarune - The Harem Soul is set in an alternate universe of Deltarune, where the prophecy has already been fulfilled and the world has returned to peace. Surprisingly even Sachiko have no idea about this, she have no clue that her negative emotions are killing people. But here's the twist, Sachiko lives a very sad life, her real mother died, she's been mistreated by step sister, being bullied, not a good scoring student, not an athlete, have quarrelling step parents and what not.
