My poetry collection Pt. 2 is a continuation of my thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Each poem explores themes like love, loneliness, healing, faith, identity, and the quiet moments that shape who we are. Some poems were written during difficult times, others during moments of hope and growth. Together, they tell more pieces of my story and the way I see the world. pre·co·cious adjective (of a child) having developed certain abilities or proclivities at an earlier age than usual. + the girl who thinks to much presents poems and lyrics that will change the way you see the world. + this piece is inspired by modern poetry greats, like rupi kaur. it is meant to represent the development of a human being through potentially one of the most challenging parts of their life. because of that, each poems was written on a different day, starting early march 2017. this isn't just a regular collection, but rather by development in character as well.

Working hard and people acting as if everything is easy for you is hard. All the pressure, feeling like you have to always be the best. Hoping it will get better but at the same time doubting it. This poem is exactly that

4 AM, Let Me Sleep" is a raw and heartfelt poem about the pain of feeling ignored and emotionally drained in a relationship. It captures the cycle of hurt, silence, and self-doubt that often comes with unbalanced love. The poem reflects on the struggle of waiting for someone who continuously pushes away, the emotional toll of feeling unseen, and the realization that this cycle must end. With a tone of exhaustion and quiet resilience, it closes with the decision to let go, even if just for the night, in an attempt to find peace within oneself.

Give your self time to grieve your broken heart and to realize that loving yourself is more important and im sure we can all relate to these poems of wishing what could have been.
