This is about a girl who is being abused... the only reason why she is still alive is because she is waiting for death... she pretends to be okay and it is driving her insane... how ever... she decides not to give up... while in the fight for her life, she discovers that her abuser is insane and that is the reason for the abuse. This is also one of the first poems in have ever written...

All I wanted was a normal life like the normal me had, because well, I was the essence of normal and I was comfortable with my normalness. I never stood out in school, I fit in with the crowd, I did not have any life threatening disease, I was never bullied, I was not the “bad ass” or player, I was not even the nerd or band geek, I was just normal. My looks were typical; dark brown hair and eyes, skinny, and with the minimal muscle, and was at a height of 5’9. Even my family was normal, my mother was a stay at home mom who liked to cook and clean and my dad worked at a bank in the city, I had one little sister who played soccer. The only thing cool about my family and I was that we were werewolf’s. Yup you heard right werewolves. Those mythical beings that change into wolfs at midnight, yes that is us. Well sort of. Real werewolf’s actually can shift into wolfs anytime they want, they also have a few perks; they have extra strength, and have decent looks, so it is pretty hard to find an ugly werewolf. But I won’t bore you with the facts about us werewolves. Anyway, back to me wanting my normal life. See now everything changed when I found my mate, people say when you find your mate you feel like your life is complete, I however felt my life was about to end, literally. My mate love story will not be a sappy story about a girl meeting her overprotective, dominant mate, then running away from them only to get back together in the end and mate. This story will be from the male’s point of view, well my point of view, about what can happen when someone like me, meets someone like that.
