Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless. He dealt with the bullying and the harassment until he was 15. Then he had enough, and he ran away. That was until, he was confronted by a ghoul. Ghouls are not exactly the same as in Tokyo Ghoul. All characters belong to their respected companies.

There were only 13 recorded cases of some being a Grimm, they all became people that went down in history. 9 were killed, 3 died of old age, and 1 retired.
