A Newsies Fanfic based off the chapters Him (part 1 and 2) in Newsies One Shots by @davey_fvcking_jacobs . I would like to state right off the bat that I did ask for permission to use his idea and he gave me permission. When I use what he wrote I will clearly mark it. Now the story is pretty straightforward. It's a soulmate AU between Crutchie and Morris. The characters will be based off how they are portrayed in the Broadway musical, as that is what I am more familiar with. Enjoy :)

The strike was already stressful enough for the newsies, for one newsie however, the strike throws her whole life into disarray, with her older brother pulling her one direction, and a childhood friend pulling the other. With some luck, she may be able to pull that friend, Morris Delancey, and his brother for good measure, over to the side of the newsies. Broadway OBC. His last fostehome had been in Brooklyn and now he landed in Manhattan. He also hated soulmates and the biggest problem, he has two. Will he finally find a new family here and maybe even his soulmates. But most importantly will he find happiness in this new place. Everyone has a quote on his hand. Based on the hit broadway musical NEWSIES. The infamous Delancey brothers were more than brass knuckles and cold eyes. There was a story behind every scar and bitter word spoken. Nobody ever cared enough to find out their story, until now. It's a story of love and hate, good and evil, and about the struggle between who they are and who they want to be.

Blitz is left to fend for herself on the streets of Brooklyn, New York. After being locked up in the refuge for a year, she breaks out and falls in with Jack Kelly, going to the Newsies lodging house in Manhattan where she finally finds friends. Racetrack seems to consider her more than a friend, and the Delancey brothers most certainly don't consider her a friend at first, but her life seems to have changed for the better. But, when the Delancey brothers find out her secret, she knows that her newfound relationships may very well be in danger, and so is Racetrack . How far will Blitz go to keep her secret?

I'm writing Newsies from the Delancey's pov. Mainly Oscar's since I played him. Also there will be added parts that aren't in the musical. Idk if it's actually gonna be based off the strike or not. Idk where I'm going with this.
