Daniel Stevens is a young man who spent most of his life training as a fighter. Alone in Chicago at nineteen years of age, he finds himself saving a convenience store clerk from being robbed and killed. After thwarting the robber in the only way he knows how, he is given a job offer by a mysterious woman. A chance to bring the criminals that run rampant within the city to a very unconventional form of justice. For years, he makes rapists, murderers and thieves pay for the crimes they commit, never realizing that every move he makes, brings a sinister plot closer and closer to fruition.
