Harry has been acting weird since he came back from the Dursleys after the third task. He's been self-conscious, moody, and secretive. He flinches from loud voices, tenses when you touch him, and he rarely talks to anyone. Dumbledore and the others are worried, so they find the one person that can get Harry back to his old self. And that person is Percy Jackson, also known as Percy Potter, the older twin of Harry Potter.
