This story was adopted from @-NefariousAngel- and I kept the same summary though it may change a bit. Percy Jackson/Harry Potter Crossover Hermione Granger can't wait for the summer. Why? So she could be at Camp Half-Blood with her twin brother and most importantly so she could be herself a true Jackson. Yes, I said "Jackson" Hermione Granger is actually Hermione Jackson. She is a demiwizard and twin sister of Percy Jackson. Her parents are Sally Jackson and Poseidon. She was granted her powers by Hecate because of a prophecy. Adopting her grandmother's (by maternal side of course) last name she lives her years at Hogwarts fighting monsters when they got in and protecting those she loved. But this year when she goes back to Camp everything is different. You see Hermione lost someone last summer someone who will make her leave camp because of the memories. But when she comes back she finds something she thought she would never happen. Her two lives collided! What will come out of it? After the war with Gaea, the campers are healing slowly, like they have learned to do after the second titan war. Leo has come back bringing Calypso, and spirits are beginning to run high again. Camp is returning to normal. The wizarding world, however, is not doing as well. The students are suffering. The Weasley's are dealing with the death of Fred, Hermione is struggling to fix a broken world full of the hatred lingering from the war, and Harry is just not the same. Voldemort has messed with his mental sanity and it's beginning to crumble. Nothing is right there. Can the demigods fix the broken mess that is Hogwarts? Or will the goddess Hecate crumble as the wizarding world dissolves. Time is beginning to run out and if Hecate fades, the mist does with her. The mortal world is already beginning to notice both demigods and wizard alike as the veil between the worlds are torn. »»» This plot is completely mine. Percy and Annabeth just got back from Tartarus and now they have to go and protect Harry Potter in the wizard war against Voldemort. Percy and Annabeth are 18 and are the only ones going to Hogwarts... for now.

Nico Di Angelo's children, Hade, Nicolo, Biancole, and Mario Di Angelo, go to Hogwarts with Rose and Hugo Weasley, James, Albus, and Lily Potter, and Scorpius Malfoy and together they try to piece the school back together again and reunite the four feuding houses.

JK Rowling and Rick Riordan own their stuff. I'm pretty much just mashing them together. So yas, the title is pretty much self-explanatory, I'm a gonna explain myself a lot in the first chapter which includes making the seven younger for a bit so I don't confuse myself and also then they can participate in all the cool adventures!!! yay.
