The tattoo will glow when you kiss them for the first time. Here's the thing- not everyone finds their soulmate. Obviously, it could be literally anyone from anywhere in the world. If you're lucky, they live in the same country as you. You are even luckier if they are in the same state or city. Anthony is a romantic. He hopes to find his soulmate- he's dated a few girls, there were a few with the same initials on his wrist, but they never glowed. His tattoo says J.C.J. Jasmine wishes she could find her soulmate.
