In spite of his name, Lucky feels anything but, especially when he makes an unfortunate discovery involving his best friend and girlfriend. Lonely and heartbroken, he tailspins into a dark depression and even considers ending it all. After all, who would miss him? A chance encounter with a strange girl with stunning red eyes and a chip on her shoulder sends an already tumultuous night into chaos. Even though he longs to be alone, he finds himself slowly becoming entranced by this girl--and her bright red eyes.
