During a fierce battle against him, the female warrior Kanae Kocho is saved from the powerful upper moon demon Doma by healthy forty one year old charcoal merchant Tanjuro Kamado. This results in a fiery and intense battle that ends in Tanjuro forcing Doma to retreat into the night after fifteen minutes. Grateful for this, Kanae goes with the healthy charcoal merchant to his small home on Mount Kumotori. There, she meets his wife Kie, who is also forty one, and their six children, seventeen year old girl Jacinth, twelve year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, ten year old boy Shigeru and nine year old boy Rokuta. While selling charcoal to the residents of the closest town with her sometime after this, Tanjuro spots Kanae's apparent admirer Sanemi Shinazugawa and his younger brother Genya speaking with its innkeeper Nori Ohara.

Chara Finds that after frisk broke the barrier for the one millionth time frisk decided to give up, reliving Chara. The world has other plans for Chara. Chara finds themselves awakening in a new place. Will they be able to survive in this new world? what adventures await, you'll have to read to find out.

Two years and a month after the death of her abusive husband Kyogo, widowed woman Shizu Shinazugawa bumps into healthy charcoal merchant Tanjuro Kamado, his wife Kie and their six children, thirteen year old girl Sumiko, eight year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, six year old boy Shigeru and five year old boy Rokuta, at sunset and they go with the widower to her home, where she introduces them to her seven children Sanemi, Genya, Sumi, Teiko, Hiroshi, Shuya and Koto. While asleep in the home late that night, both families wake up after sensing the demon king's presence outside the house's doors. Tanjuro and Kie choose to stay behind to fend the demon king off for as long as possible while Genya, Hanako, Hiroshi, Koto, Nezuko, Shizu, Sanemi, Sumiko, Shuya, Sumi, Shigeru, Takeo, Teiko and Rokuta escape unharmed. This results in the couple being captured, taken to a building and imprisoned in it while the other fourteen people are later found and brought right to the Demon Slayer Corps headquarters for their safety by some demon slayers. Four years later, Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, all three of who are now twelve, Shigeru, who is now ten, Rokuta, who is now nine, Sumi and Teiko have recently become demon slayers and Shizu, Hiroshi, Shuya and Koto have all recently become medics while Sumiko and Sanemi, the two of whom are now seventeen, are now powerful Demon Slayer Corps members alongside his combat partner and lifelong friend Masachika Kumeno, having both been recruited by the organization's leader two whole years after being brought to its headquarters alongside Genya, Hanako, Hiroshi, Koto, Nezuko, Shuya, Shizu, Shigeru, Sumi, Takeo, Teiko and Rokuta.

This is kinda like a slice of life short story series of the lives of two Demon Slayer OCs of mine. In this AU, most chara that have died are alive.

During a peaceful sunrise in late January 1914 Japan, sixteen year old girl Koyuki wakes up from her deep slumber and later bumps into nineteen and a half year old girl Hide Kamado, who has been a demon hunting swordswoman and looking for a way to cure her demonized fifty one year old parents Tanjuro and Kie and younger siblings, sixteen year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, fifteen year old boy Shigeru and fourteen year old boy Rokuta, for two years. A few days afterwards, the two teen girls are found there by some of Hide's fellow demon hunters, including her loved one Kyojuro Rengoku.

After getting home at dawn, thirteen year old girl Sumiko Kamado discovers her middle aged parents Tanjuro and Kie and younger siblings, twelve year old triplets Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, eleven year old boy Shigeru and ten year old boy Rokuta, had all been turned into demons with a immunity to the sunlight and their memories intact the night before. Shortly after this, the family of eight is found by a samurai who captures them and sends them to the entertainment district of Tokyo. Due to her family having been turned into demons, the teen girl is employed into the district's Tokito house alone. Two years later, Sumiko, now fifteen, is found there by male demon slayers Tengen Uzui and Kyojuro Rengoku. They go upstairs to the large room she had been sharing with her family just before Tanjuro, Kie, Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru and Rokuta wake up from the comatose states they had been in for a year.

After finishing their dinner and cleaning up, the family of eight receives a surprise attack from the demon king, who knocks out the siblings and gives his blood to Tanjuro and Kie after killing them. The next morning, the Kamado siblings wake up to learn the exposure to demon blood had turned their parents into demons with a immunity to the sunlight. Late that evening, Mika is separated from her family when the sadistic and cold natured upper moon demon Doma ambushes them and pursues her while they battle. After forcing the upper moon demon to retreat into the night by beating him with her family's sword after half a hour of battling, she is found badly injured from the battle by the blind and animal loving Demon Slayer Corps member Gyomei Himejima, who uses his speed to quickly get her back to his home to treat her wounds after she blacks out from them. Soon afterwards, she ends up falling into a coma due to her injuries and is placed in the care of sisterly pillars Kanae and Shinobu Kocho, both of whom place the younger teen in a hospital bed. After a month and a half, Mika wakes up from her coma to see the sweet natured demon slayer Kyojuro Rengoku sitting in a chair beside the hospital bed.

While away from his mountaintop home, healthy thirty seven year old charcoal merchant Tanjuro Kamado uses his skills to prevent the sadistic and cold natured demon Doma from killing widowed teen Kotoha Hashibira and brings both her and her infant son Inosuke to the safety of his mountaintop home, where the charcoal merchant introduces them to his thirty three year old expectant wife Kie and their one year old toddler daughter Sumiko. In response to this, Doma shows up outside the house the following night, sneaking inside through the family's bedroom window and snatching the toddler from her wooden crib while she, her parents, Kotoha and Inosuke are all fast asleep. Two decades later, Sumiko, now twenty one years of age and a lovely young woman, is taken out of the temple at sundown in the aftermath of a risky mission by the sweet natured twenty five year old Demon Slayer Corps warrior Kyojuro Rengoku, who then lifts her up into his arms and uses his skills to quickly and safely get her back to his family's home while carrying her. The following week, she is reunited with her parents, both of whom had been demonized four years earlier, and is introduced to Takeo, the oldest of her three younger brothers, and his wife Kanao, as well as getting to meet her other four younger siblings Nezuko, Hanako, Shigeru and Rokuta and their partners Zenitsu Agatsuma and Genya, Sumi and Teiko Shinazugawa.
