"yes if you've figured it out, I am indeed a demon". he said as if he could read my mind, which he probably could. suddenly in a flash of violet and black smoke; he was standing behind me, and as if forced out of me, suddenly i was vomiting all over the ground of wherever I was. he just looked at me like I was an interesting playthings and laughed. it was a laugh that sent shivers down my spine.

This story follows the shadow demoness of a noble family, Shade Blackheart. It may seem all glamorous from afar to the other demons, living down like rats and feeding off whatever mortal they come by, but the reality is far much worse, even worse than Shade's own imaginations.
