When I saw my face I was shocked. It was covered in blood with a couple of little scratches but they were already healing. Then I noticed that my eyes where purple instead of blue my hair was also lighter blond then it was. I backed up immediately. This couldn't be true, this is a dream it can't be real I thought by myself. ''it's all true little girl'' a voice answers me. ''who are you?'' is say. His eyes always seemed to follow me, even when I wasn't looking, and I couldn't shake the feeling that he thought of me as his, even though he never really said it. The way he'd lash out when someone even looked at me, his fists clenching and his voice low with warning... it was terrifying. The worst part was, when he wasn't angry, he was almost... too sweet. His words were soft, his gestures tender, but I could tell there was something darker under the surface. He wanted me. No, needed me. And the more I tried to distance myself, the worse his temper got. His jealousy burned like fire, and when I tried to stand up for myself, it only pushed him further. He wasn't just possessive; it was like he wanted to consume me entirely. Every part of me was his, and no one could take that from him. I don't know what's scarier-the way his anger flares out of nowhere or the way he smiles when he has me exactly where he wants me. But one thing's for sure: I'm not sure how much longer I can handle the push and pull of this maddening, toxic relationship. He might love me, but it feels like he's suffocating me with his need.
