Muzan had always wanted the flower known as the spider Lilly a blue flower the woman who loved him was pregnant but to save the kids, his kids he had choose to give that flower to the children for them to live it had never happened once but the two were now part of the said flower. For some reason, Nezuko still acts like a human, which is the reason for Tanjiro and Tsuki to join demon slayers and cure his sister.
