Fire. Everywhere, I see the images flash through my head. California 2005, the Great Fires in Idaho 1910, Oslo 1624. More until I see the Temple of Jerusalem fall as my mere entering. Then there was Pompeii, I feel the ground brake as i stare into the soulless eyes of my fallen sister, Amy, the first of my many assassins. Although not all of those deaths were murder, they all ended with on thing. Fire. All leading back to the Fall where I feel body plummet towards the earth at a speed so demanding it engulfed me in my first flames. And in that moment, I remembered everything. I fell from Heaven. I am an Angel. I denied Lucifer. An archangel. I am hunted. But most importantly I am the Phoenix. I am trying to write and publish my first novel and so I am going to put it on here to see if I am any good.
