He may or may not change how she feels about life now. Derek Shepherd, a senior in college who is majoring in pre-medicine, going into medical school next year meets this beautiful girl at this party however, he knows if he falls in love now his chances of getting into a good medical school may be doomed.

This is a dark fanfic thats about if Ellen's husband Chris died and if Patrick would come back and help her cope *not finished
