We continued walking close to the lake as the wind got stronger. " It's starting to drizzle," Denis pointed out. " Yeah, do you think we should start heading back?" I asked, looking to my left at Corl and Denis. " But this is all part of the adventure!" Corl answered " Well if Victoria doesn't want to stay, we should go" Denis said looking over Corl at me. " No! I just didn't want you guys to stay out here if you didn't want to" I quickly added " oh, alright. Fine" Denis said, The floor was gradually getting more slippery as we walked, considering we were walking on a stone path. Denis and Corl were talking while I just looked at the ripples in the lake. Everything was going fine until I heard Denis say, " i'm thinking about going back." What? Go where? Move? Why? Was it because of me? He cant go! Not now when were actually friends! Why would he leave? I know why! Its because of Grays- uh, oh My foot slipped on a stone and I was falling. Falling straight towards the lake! I quickly, without thinking, grabbed the closest thing next to me to stop my fall, but i didn't realize the "thing" I grabbed wasn't a thing at all.... It was Corl, and he was coming down with me...

Abigail was your average teenage girl with her sister Ashley and her best friend Denis. Denis and Abigail grow up together and were best friends until one day his family had to move away all the way to Canada. That meant Abigail and Denis would probably never see each other again. Denis tried to keep his parents from moving, but of course it hadn't worked. So, sadly, they moved away to Canada, but before Denis left, he said to her, "I promise that I'll be back every Christmas and summer, and, until then, we can always FaceTime." So, as the years went on Abigail and Denis continued to be friends and Denis kept his promise; he came every Christmas and every hot summer. But as more years passed, Denis stopped coming every time one of them came up. Abigail wanted to call Denis badly, but of course she didn't. However, on her 19th birthday, someone uninvited is at the door, but who? ALSO this book is being edited right now so whatever you read is changed a bit and is much better now so I hope you enjoyed this book because I put a lot of effort into it.

A letter inviting them to a school! There's only one problem: the letter has the wrong names on it. What will they do? Will they go to a boring middle school or will they do.. something else? NOTE: I'm aware that some things might not be similar as to how they went in the series (both The Pals Magic School and Harry Potter) I personally really enjoyed this series and this is basically my take on how things might've continued, since The Pals never finished this series.
