Things get a little worse when Luna joins Division 4 of Public Safety. Luna has an observer personality because she is the "Mirror Devil." She witnessed something she shouldn't have on "that day".She was the only one who saw Reze's death. After that day,she understood Miss Makima was a threat to be destroyed.To achive her aim,she joined Public Safety.She wanted to destroy Miss Makima but she also knows she can be destroyed too while trying to achieve her aim.
