What if Taek convinced Deok Sun in the car to tell their parents about their relationship? How would their reaction be? A lot of what-if's. Sorry for being such a bad author TT, it's my first time here, I wanted to try something new.

Because I love Junghwan more than I love Choi Taek. Since I know you guys read a lot about Junghwan x Deoksun fanfics all over the internet and my favorites are Countdown and Goodbye Hello, I'll be writing this oneshot. As a fluff x rated m(if I can) One time Junghwan was being more grumpy than ever because deoksun is still clueless when it comes to handling boys. She seems to be oblivious to the military men ogling at her because of that damned skirt she's wearing.

A dramatic continuation of the scene from junghwan's room when he tells Deok Sun to not go on the blind date. I really wanted to see a lot more at that point in the show so I decided to write out something instead!

Ssangmundong, 1988. Yoon Min-seo has been part of the neighborhood's lively group of friends since she was eight years old-for a whole decade. She, Deok-sun, Taek, Sun-woo, Dong-ryong, and Junghwan have grown up together. To them, she's the quiet artist, often with a book or sketching what she sees, a familiar face in their everyday Ssangmundong life. But there's a part of Min-seo she keeps hidden: a home where feelings aren't shown much, and emotions she only shares with her private journal and the songs on her Walkman. Now that they're on the edge of adulthood, certain unspoken feelings and new awareness begin to surface within their close-knit circle, challenging Min-seo to open up and show them the person she's been all along. ??? x fem!oc

For the ones who waited, for the ones who watched him love in silence. This is not just a story, it's a gentle rebellion against fate, a healing balm for the hearts that never truly moved on. Reply 1988 gave us laughter, warmth, and pain. But... left a quiet ache where love never bloomed. This is where we rewrite that ache. For every unspoken word, every late second, this is your closure. Because some endings deserve to be rewritten.
