And sometimes, in life, a depressive episode knocks a person to their knees. You show the world your usual face, but behind closed doors, the darkness tears you to a million pieces.

This poem was written at a time when my mind was shrouded in suffocating darkness. The feelings of loneliness, invisibility, and growing despair then sank their teeth into my heart.

This poem was written during a period when I became more aware of my loneliness than ever before. The poem is about the paralyzing fear of being alone, and at the same time, it captures the experience of a lived panic attack.

I wrote this poem during a dark period when I would easily get caught in a spiral of negative thoughts, and the struggle with my inner demons was a daily occurrence. My demons were loneliness and emptiness, and the battle with them is reflected in this poem.

This Story is about a Mom named Elena, who's 22, that had an argument with her husband named Marcus that eventually lead to a divorce because of the Unborn child whom the father didn't want and wasn't prepared yet to be a father. So eventually Elena moved out and got an apartment of her own and was already 2 week pregnant . After 2 months she met a man named Zayne who she thought would act like Marcus did, Untill he started showing her kindness and gentle contact and after a week they already decided names for the baby eventually they name the baby Eric on the day of the birth and love him with all they're hearts. And in the end Elena and Zayne get married and Zayne becomes Erics father., and then Marcus comes back after getting cheated on by his now ex-wife named Samantha that he chose after him and Elena divorced and wanted to come back into Eric's life untill Zayne stepped in and.....find out more in the book ;)-

What happens when an officer shows up to school informing her her dad had been arrested and that she has to live with her mum till he gets out? Only to find out that her mum had remarried and now has to live with 6 older step-brothers Will they be able to get along? Will Ulani ever forgive her mum for leaving her? Or will she ignore her mum and carry on with life until her 'dad' had gotten out of jail?
