It's not unusual for the BAU to have cases involving kids, nor families involved in killings. But it's not everyday they get a case where their own child was on both in the receiving and giving end. Maya Reese was a 15 year old girl who grew up with parents who killed for the fun of it. They were psychopaths and even though they seemed normal to Maya she one day found out the truth about them and what they did.. she was only 12 when this happened and her parents made her have her first 'kill' and used it as leverage against her.
