Foster Shepherd lives a rocky life for a sixteen year old girl. With her mom Amelia Shepard and her constantly getting into arguments as well as Amelia in and out of rehab. Half the time she isn't even in her mothers care, not due to negligence but just for being under 18 and the fact she cannot live alone. Her whole life back and forth between her mom (Amelia) and Derek, Lizzie, Nancy, and Kathleen. Let's just say mental illness runs in the family. Watch as her life grows together hopefully for the better.

Meredith Grey was given the push to persue medical, When her mother was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease. A few Years down the line she is starting her Intern Year at Seattle Grace. *SPOILERS* This is my first greys anatomy fanfic but it is about how meredith deals with the death of her husband and how the people around her help. I own nothing.

I own Rowan and that's about it. The story idea is mine but i do not own Grey's Anatomy or any of the characters. I also don't own any of the pictures i use, so 100% credit to the owners of those pictures. In this story i'm not following any particular story line that the show follows. Certain people will be in this story that have passed away or that were in it at one point and not anymore. I plan to focus on the story i have in mind and i want certain characters in it.
