After the Hale family fire, Derek Hale never thought he would see his baby sister Arielle again. He had just a little bit of faith after they discovered she was never found after the fire, which lead him to believe that she had somehow made it out alive. But, after searching for his baby sister for 5 years he gave up. He decided whether she made it out alive or not she was for sure dead. That was until he saw ambulances pulling into Beacon Hills Reserve and lifting her onto a stretcher. At that moment he decided to devote his whole life to protecting her. Even if he died from it.

A girl named Luna finds herself in the woods at the Beacon hills preserve. The Sheriff finds her when he is looking for half of a dead body in the woods. She then starts to go to Beacon Hills High with Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski. She becomes there friend and then starts to develop something for one crazy, sarcastic teenage boy. But what she fails to mention to them is that she is Derek Hale's little sister. Will this cause them to not trust Luna or will things go in a totally different direction?
