This is simply, as stated above, an AU ((alternate universe)) of the characters Spencer Reid & Derek Morgan. They are most likely going to be the ONLY characters from the show that are going to be in this fanfic, & I apologize if that bothers you. ------------------------------------------------- College years are supposedly the best years of someone's life, right? There's partying, excessive drinking, hilarious adventures, and new friendships. But Spencer Reid is all about studying and his schoolwork. In his eyes, he has absolutely no time for any other of the more "fun" aspects of college life. His childhood best friend, Derek Morgan, is a year ahead of him, and is the complete opposite of him. He's rude, arrogant, cocky, and loves one night stands. One night, though, while Derek is out at a party, he drunkenly calls Spencer, slurring all of his sentences through the phone. Worried for his friend, Spence drops his studying to go to the party to ensure that Derek safely returns to his room, but, to Reid's dismay, Derek can't seem to give pliable directions to his dorm room. He doesn't want to just leave his best friend stranded at a party, so he takes him to his room, where they share a heated moment. The next morning, though, Derek claims he can't remember anything that happened, leaving Spencer confused about not only his sexuality, but his dynamic with his best friend.
