A strangled cry sliped through my lips as I draged the broken blade over my scared arm. Even though I should be used to it, I wasn't. The cold metalics grip brought comfort dispite the pain. The pain gave me security. It's the only thing that helped. "I don't understand.." Tears driped and rolled off my nose as I positoned the blade again. Moving my hips I leaned up on the counter resting my scarlet-stained arms down. "Whats wrong with me?" You don't know how cutters feel... but I can show you.

Depression and self loath taking over her mind, Kate has no one to pull her back to sanity. The only person, or thing, that could possibly save her is the very one that is killing her. Everyone around her can't see or hear him, but she can. The dark, ominous creature that her therapist calls 'Depression'. As she wanders through the dark, will she find someone to pull her from the darkness? Or will she forever lay in the arms of Depression?
