A teen named Katherine Tonks and her little sister Lucy are trying to cope with the divorce of their mother and not-so-kind father, but things get a little odd when Katherine starts being followed by a string of strange events, and a doll is given to her sister by a strange woman. But when her sister reveals that there is a monster control, things start to turn bad. Will Kate and her friend Meg be able to save Lucy? Or will the curse of the dark mother take it's course.

Charlie Nobellion is a tall, awkward, and shy college student. Or so she thinks. She and Her whole world change (quite literally) when something terrible happens at Meg's and her apartment. Now she is in a land which she cannot remember and she has to get her memories back. Will she want to though, once she learns the truth of this world to which she truly belongs?
