A book in which Red and Chloe find their way through Auradon Prep as they navigate schoolwork, shenanigans, and most importantly the milestones of a growing friendship between them. A word of advice, this book is probably best read after reading my other fics in my Descendants Fanfiction Collection on here with the originals. A lot of stuff happens in it that I'm probably going to reference at least some in this series for Red and Chloe 💗 However, definitely don't feel obligated to do so 💖

This story takes place the same time as ROR/D4) Jane was so excited to have a daughter, especially because it meant she would look like her mom and Jane wouldn't have a constant reminder of everything she lost when Carlos passed...that is until Carly started getting white highlights... Over the years, Jane grew unintentional yet hurtful resentment towards her Carly and she was forced to live with her grandmother Now, this year, Carly is starting at Auradon. Jane wants to be there, but can she finally reconnect with the person who reminds her of her least favourite time?

This is basically like the House of Mouse, The OG/old maleficent x hades shippers would know how they first started, If you don't know, The Episode is "Halloween with Hades" when he first met maleficent BUT, In Merlin Academy with the teen VKs and AKs, Also, Red and Chloe wont be in this story also pain and panic will be in this story because they were so funny in that episode Enjoy y'all!!

the new teaser inspired this so uhm yeah so basically to explain a little, this takes place a little after d4 and they start to see the consequences of messing with time but I put my own little spin on it. pink and all the new characters do not exist in this book because uhm I said so :) I'm gonna post the chapters right when I'm done writing them bc I think this book is gonna be a long one and I want to get to the end myself and just yeah its slow burn again sorry I think this one is worse

PART ONE OF THE HOPE IN AURADON TRILOGY, A REWRITE ON THE ORGINAL DESCENDANTS TRILOGY In a present-day idyllic kingdom, the benevolent teenaged son of the King and Queen (Beast and Belle from Disney's iconic Beauty and the Beast) is poised to take the throne. These villainous descendants (Carlos, Mal, Hayden, Evie, Red and Jay, respectively) are allowed into the kingdom to attend prep school alongside the offspring of iconic Disney heroes, including Fairy Godmother, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Mulan. However, the evil teens face a dilemma. Should they follow in their nefarious parents' footsteps and help all the villains regain power, or embrace their innate goodness and save the kingdom, all the while one of the new arrivals, Red Hearts, have plans for said kingdom far greater - and sinister then anyone could ever imagine.

The time is ticking for Auradon being in danger once again with the Queen of Hearts out. Its up to Livia, Dylan, Chloe, and Red to step in by going back in time to find out what made Red's mother the way she is. Will they find the problem before its too late? or Be in more trouble than they are?
