A story about Xelqua, a watcher, a immortal. his endless cycle of life and death, like a myth he's only discovered by those who want to know. In 1924 he was summoned into a town, killed and hung. Now 2024,hes reawakened, the town is now known as "hermitcraft". New name, new face, new threats. Hermit City is a city of heroes and villains, and Grian is one of its most reliably factual and truthful reporters. So reliable, in fact, that the Heroes' Association values him and his reports enough that they assigned him a bodyguard: HotGuy himself! Grian and Scar have been doing this for years, now, and their relationship is more than just that of bodyguard and charge. It might even be more than just a friendship! Their time to explore and find out what they are to each other is cut short when Grian starts investigating the famous Pearl Moon case, and Scar isn't there to protect him.

We live in a world where everyone is supposed to be born human, and is supposed to stay human. So that must mean everything is peaceful, right? Everyone will be happy, and have the perfect life.. right..? Wrong. If you just so happened to not be born like the rest, it's your fault. There are bastards out there that will hurt innocent people, and won't think twice; they certainly don't care about the other persons feelings. The only person who matters is themself. So, that means you can take little children and torture them? Take their blood, experiment on them? Yes, they are just little toys with no emotions, nothing more. And if you die a second time you are on your last life, also known as being a red. Reds become hostile to other players, and all previous alliances are pretty much thrown out the window.
