Desolation Stories

Three girls. One is taken as a mate, one is taken to be drained and the other is taken as a human sacrifice. After being marked on Halloween, Brix is taken away. In this foreign world she has to shine above the other two girls even though she is the one to be sacrificed. She knows her fate, and she's going to make an impression before the end. However, some people may just be there to be friendly, some to get in her way and others to make sure she dies before the time arrives for her sacrifice. Sometimes the enemy is more friendly than those you class as friends, and sometimes you are your own worst enemy.

All her life; Evelyn Porter has been the complete total opposite of Bilbo Baggins. Her prayers are finally answered when she finds herself in the world of where her favorite characters reside; Tolkien's Legendarium- Middle Earth. And during the course of her stay, she will be handed the task as Bilbo's "Burglar Assistant". However upon this journey, she'll discover that, there is more to daring sword fights and magic spells in this particular once and a lifetime adventure. Being given the task of the Company's second hand burglar is no joke. And as it turns out, she will have more responsibility than assisting Bilbo in this whole Arkenstone searching business. {Currently contains spoilers for Desolation of Smaug. Not everyone is blessed with everything in life. Nothing is perfect in this universe; everyone has their own issues and problems, but it depends on the person as to how they are portraying their life in front of others. It also depends on the eye of the beholder as to how they perceive it. Meet Khushi Gupta, daughter of Shashi and Garima Gupta; also the CEO of Gupta Designs. For media and the rest of the society, she was always the main attraction as she was the CEO of Gupta Designs. At such a young age, she gained a lot of fame as she made their company reach newer heights in 2 years only. Many were jealous of her as they thought she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth since everything was laid out for her from the very beginning. From afar it seemed like she had it all together in her life. A luxurious life, loving parents, supportive siblings and a ready-made company worth million dollars. Picture perfect life, right? Wrong! Khushi had everything except for one thing. If it was possible for her would have given up all the materialistic luxuries of her life for it. Khushi Gupta, could never be a mother. Although we are living in the 21st century our society still doesn't accept someone like Khushi, as if it was her fault. Indirect taunts, unnecessary questions, bad behavior and the constant reminder of being barren are just a few atrocities one has to go through. A starving family seeks a new way to abate their hunger in order to survive.

Being the middle sibling, Aearon knew her life would be full of struggles; she would not inherit the throne nor would she allow herself to be paraded around for others to admire. At a young age she decided she would give her life purpose by swearing an oath to protect the Falmari people, she would become a warrior and fight alongside her brother to protect her people from the threats of middle earth. A routine patrol escalated and Aearon soon found herself separated from her brother and the rest of the Teleri forces, pursuing a group of dark creatures that tormented her lands. While carrying out her duty, Aearon found herself at the mercy of the cold Prince of Mirkwood and King Thranduil himself. Finding herself locked in Thranduil's dungeon, the she-elf soon finds herself becoming friends with the most unlikely of creatures who steer her life on to a whole new path. Accompanying the group of dwarves to their home, Aearon finds herself battling both foe and feeling as she struggles to survive the dangers of middle earth. Will she allow herself to become compromised by her feelings or will she continue on her journey to prove herself. Either way, she will do whatever it takes to keep her word and help her friends while avoiding another stay in King Thranduil's dungeon, much to his displeasure. The horse-girl series has been rightfully louded as probably the worst settling one might take when writing a compelling story inside a series of fantasy based adventures. Very few however have suggested alternatives, (probably because it isn't hard to think about anything better...) while this is by no means a realistic alternative whatsoever, but since this is not a work that will ever see the light of day, i present to you, a world of war, murder, and betrayal, that will make you see this world and particularly the human-world in a completely different light, that "what if" this wasn't a show aimed at little girls in the first place, what if we take the tinier implications and turn it up to 11?! You might see the best version of your favorite character here in the 10th annyversary!(atleast i pretended to publish it in time...) It's edgy, but don't worry tho, you won't see your waifu dying or anything, i know exactly how to play safe while on the edges
