In the final throes of humanity's existence, a world once vibrant now stands on the brink of annihilation. As the sun sets on Earth's last day, the threads of fate entwine the lives of disparate souls, weaving a tapestry of connection, hope, and farewell. Amidst the chaos, Naimster finds himself navigating the desolation, driven by a purpose he can't fully comprehend. As the countdown to oblivion continues, he encounters others who share his quest for meaning, each with their own story to tell. Together, they search for traces of humanity's legacy, leaving behind whispers of their existence before the inevitable eclipse. "Gathering Storm," "Chance Encounters," "Echoes of the Past," and "The Midnight Hour" guide them through a world transformed, where the bonds of compassion become lifelines, and the memories of yesterday form the foundation for a shared tomorrow. As the stars bear witness to Earth's final moments, "The Final Echo" resonates-a testament to the indomitable spirit that refuses to be eclipsed, even in the face of extinction. Join us on this journey through the fleeting hours of a world's demise, where connections are forged, stories are etched, and the horizon's shadow holds a promise of both farewell and new beginnings.

An allegorical story about a girl who builds a fortress around herself. To keep everyone else out so she would not be hurt, and the struggles she has being all alone. *TRIGGER WARNING * this story contains elements of depression, anxiety, grief, death, suicide and self harm! The Wall Your heart full of pain as you build up your wall, so they can't see you hurting and won't see you fall. Using red striped wrists to push others away. Won't let anyone in. Won't let anyone stay. The tears that you shed in the dark of the night, hide behind a false smile by dawn's early light. You put on a plastic smile so that no one will see the pain you are holding not giving to me. No problem! I'm great! I'm okay! I am fine! You say stumbling over your well rehearsed lines. I want to help you, help you to see how beautiful you are in me. I pound and kick try to scream through the wall but you won't let me in and you muffle my call. Still I'll never give up no matter your plight. You are my dear child I will make all things right. I'm your Heavenly Father I never will leave. Though others forsake you and your wrists you bleed By yourself impossible Life might seem, but with me possible are all things indeed! So, please let me in Let me break through your wall. Wrap my arms all around you so you will not fall. I love you my daughter! Tears run down my face. I need you to trust me and finish your race. You don't have to worry I'll be there for you. Even while crying your heart out till two. I will help you to tear down your wall piece by piece make it crumble and fall Though it will not be easy for these things take time. I'll restore your smile your reason and rhyme. I know life is hard but in time you will see beside you the whole time has always been me! ©bookgurl95

In a world overrun by the shambling undead, a decaying suburban wasteland stretches beneath a sky heavy with despair. Crumbling houses, their dust-laden furniture and faded photographs frozen in time, stand as silent relics of forgotten lives. Gnarled, overgrown woods choke the landscape, their tangled branches clawing at moss-eaten fences that barely hold together. This vivid tale pulses with the stark beauty of desolation, weaving a haunting portrait of a post-apocalyptic realm where hope glimmers like a fading spark.
