The last thing which Bard ever imagined was to find an unconscious form in the icy waters which surrounded Lake Town. Saving her life was the right thing to do, by any standards. But with saving her comes the consequences of smuggling, secrecy, trouble.

Amara, daughter of Lord Elrond, finds herself as the fifteenth member of the company of Thorin Oakenshield. A quest to reclaim a homeland leads her straight into her betrothed after being apart for 50 years. But, as they will come to find out, their reunion will be anything but peaceful. A Legolas Fanfic (This is an edited re-post of a story I originally posted on my first Wattpad account several years ago.)

It is a little known fact that Thorin had come to dislike the race of elves; but perhaps it hasn't always been this way, maybe, just maybe, once upon a time there wasn't such high disdain held towards them. The dwarf-Prince's heart isn't as nearly as impenetrable as the vaults of Erebor, a chance find and visit cause a form to grow between two races. If anything the elf-Princess's curiosity about everything, and anything which involved or was created by the hand of dwarf's in turn piques his own curiosity, not finding how something so delicate could find fondness in things so hardened. Regardless, a love formed, two pieces complete only to split thanks to a dragon's attack of the jealousy of what Erebor had within.

Mihra is a young elf from the Woodland realm. Her only known relative is her cousin Tauriel, the captain of the guard. Besides from their same age, Mihra and Tauriel are quite different. Tauriel is much taller and has reddish hair. Mihra is quite short for an elf and has dark brown hair. The only thing that proves that she even is an elf is her ears and the creamy skin. Besides from that, you could mistake her for the human race. Her whole life, Mihra has been a Mirkwood guard. Mihra, as foolish as she is, completely falls for a certain blonde, tall elf named Legolas. She had met him before, but never she never spoke to him. And when he finally does, it's like she can't think of anything else but him. Her love for him gets them both in trouble. Will her love for him be her death? Does he even feel the same way, or does his heart belong to someone else? Perhaps a young, redhaired elf?

Like the dwarves, Mithrellas feels the sting of Smaug's attack all those years ago. Unlike them, she's not so eager to venture to the Lonely Mountain. She's haunted by what the dragon took from her and afraid of what the quest could make her lose. Knowing she needs to overcome her past, Gandalf brings along the elven ranger to help guide the company back to Erebor. Maybe Mithrellas will discover some things she's long forgotten along the way. ~~~}•{~~~ While I am incorporating events from the movies, I'm def keeping some of the elements from the beloved book. Eventual Legolas/OC pairing.

Her size doesn't matter when she's set on something. Her figure doesn't matter when she's wearing armor. Her features don't matter when she's cover in blood, sweat and grime. What matters is that she's not afraid to pierce you with her sword and smile down at you while doing so. Especially not when you threatened the people she cares about. So yes there's a 15th member of the company. 13 Dwarves, A hobbit, and an elvish princess. Her name is Eve Nox. She escaped her kingdom of Mordor due to the fact her father a power thirsty necromancer wanted her to be betrothed to the pale Orc known formally as Azog. She refused and escaped and has been on the run ever since. The orcs want her back in Mordor as well as the head of Thorin Oakensheild. What will happen when those two collide? Will it be love at first sight? Will it be who kills who in their sleep? I guess we will just have to find out.

There were many myths about the forest kingdom, whether it was real or not. Some claimed that it's people were immortal while others claim they are the ghosts of the dead. Others said that it's people were of humans, hobbits, dwarfs and elves. It was said it was ruled by a beautiful queen, who wore a dress as white as snow, a crown as pure as silver, with silver eyes as bright as the moon. They say if you whispered her name she would give you the knowledge you seek. But that was only a myth... right? The company of Thorin Oakenshield had been running through a dark forest when suddenly everything around them changed, and in the distance stood a large tree, around it was the most beautiful and peaceful kingdom they had ever seen. A story in which a hobbit can't stop herself from falling in love with dwarf prince amongst the danger and chaos. She'll find this type of love to be impossible and experience a pain only heart ache could cause. At the end of the journey she'll find that perhaps they were just two different souls destined to find each only to lose one another just as quickly.
