I spell the metallic substance and glance down to find the source. My white cotton dress is failing miserably to soak up the blood spilling from the gash in my abdomen. "D-don't leave me, Giorgio,"I stutter, afraid of what's to come. "I love you, my Bea." He replies, his eyes glistening with fresh tears. I feel no pain as I take one last look at the crystal orbs I have grown to love.
