What would you do if you loved your best friend? You would tell him, right? That’s easier said than done. Destery Smith has loved his best friend Nate for as long as he can remember, but there’s just a few problems with that. Nate is straighter than a pole and though he isn't homophobic, he makes it clear that the idea of dating a guy repulses him. He makes it quite known that he could never date a friend, let alone his best friend. So what does Destery do? The most logical thing he can think of: pretend that he doesn't love Nate. Seems simple enough, right? Wrong. Everything was going according to plan. Destery pretended that his feelings didn't exist, and Nathan never suspected a thing. Life was good. Then Nathan had to mess it all up by getting a girlfriend. Suddenly, pretending doesn't seem as easy as it once did. Now, not only does Destery have to deal with hiding his love for Nathan, he has to deal with his newfound jealousy, something that proves to be much harder than he ever imagined it would be. In a fit of jealous rage, Destery let's his feelings slip and he kisses Nathan. To say that Nathan gets pissed is an understatement. Destery loses the thing that means the most to him in a matter of seconds, or so he thinks...

Bucket lists. Buckets lists are lists of things people want to do before they die, like go see that new movie Steven Speilburg came out with, or go to Paris, or do something they wouldn't normally do like go sky diving. And it's usually old people who do these things or people who have terminal cancer or some kind of life threatening sickness. On the other hand, I'm just a normal healthy 17 year old girl. I bet you want to know why I am making a bucket list at such a young age? My dad is a very important man. He works for the government, he's like top guy there. You see the government is sick of the troubles and crime and crap going on in the world and my Dad had the brilliant idea of creating a better world, with new inhabitants and getting rid of the old. So for the past two years they have been stealing babies all over the world and keeping them in government care until the right time comes and then they are going to release my fathers creation on the world and destroy man kind. After it has killed all humans on earth, except the people it was programmed to let live, it will explode after two hours of inactivity. Then everyone a part of the opperation will come out of their safe rooms and rebuild the world as what they see as a pefect.
