What happens when angels find their soul mate?

castiel met dean for the first time a hundred years ago. he immediately fell in love with dean's vibrant soul and the way it wrapped around his cold angelic heart and filled him with life. but it's been so long since then. and while castiel used to search for the reincarnations of dean's soul, he has no time for it now. a war has been raging in heaven for 30 years and his siblings need him. it's been so long, but by the grace of god castiel finds his way back to dean again, over a century later. it would all be perfect if dean wasn't so reluctant, and if heaven wasn't still in the middle of a nasty war.

Castiel is the son of a professor, who each year has one of his students stay the summer in their home in Italy, to revise a new book manuscript and help with academic paperwork. Castiel is used to this tradition, you could even say he resents it. Yet, there's something intriguing about the new guest. Dean Winchester is 24 year old doctoral student, who is working as his fathers new summer intern. Dean is an outgoing, extrovert compared to Castiel's introverted and intelligent personality. Castiel finds it hard to find things in common with Dean but as the summer goes on, Castiel and Dean's relationship blossoms into something they'll both remember for the rest of their lives.

So, as the title suggests this is just a little collection of oneshots, mainly destiel but I may do some sabriel or other ships if people ask for them. I may also do some characterxreader or some gen stuff if I get inspiration/requests. Requests are of course welcome, just comment or dm me. Note-this probably won't be updated regularly, but when I find motivation to write, sorry. Hope you enjoy!

Dean and Castiel are opponents in a war between heaven and demons. Dean has just been captured by the angels, and expects to be killed for his crime against heaven. They think they hate each other, but something about the whole place seems off.Set in a supernatural au, but imagine it as similar to the canon universe , I will update it if it's popular, or if I feel like it. Some violence but honestly anyone could read it. I might add some destiel later on :) imagine that Castiel never gripped Dean tight and raised him from perdition, so Dean comes out the other end of hell as a demon, and Sam got himself killed on a hunt because he didn't have Dean looking out for him. Also, the cover art isn't mine, so if anyone knows the artist please tell me so I can cite them! Also sorry about any typos. At the beginning you might be a bit confused, but don't worry! After an unknown monster puts Dean in a dream with his worst nightmare. Will he realize and break out, or will he let him go and never wake again.

Back in Yuma, Arizona, a group of vamps lurk the streets, turning up dead bodies with their throats ripped out left and right. Dean Winchester, one of the world's best hunters (the other being his brother Sam, currently wrapped up in another case in DeWitt, Michigan) picks up on the case almost instantly on a slow Sunday morning in the bunker, nonchalantly flipping through the morning papers with an air of relaxation. Castiel, his convenient angelic companion, is available at the moment, and tags along with Dean. The only problem is that all of the hotels and motels a mile around are completely booked or under construction, except for one; the Honeymoon Suite. Being their only option, Cas and Dean feign their relationship in order to have a place to take residence. Do they finish the case, cover their tracks, and head home? Or do they get a little more up close and personal?
