He's on the trail of an organization, D.I.C.E, and he plans on taking them down to hopefully move up in the department. Yet, something takes a turn when he meets Kokichi Ouma, the leader of D.I.C.E, and to his bewilderment, the one and only Phantom Thief. Kokichi offers to assist the Detective in his mystery-solving adventures, and in return, Shuichi won't turn him in. Will he make a deal with the Phantom Thief? Or will he go behind the leader's back?

Until, a small purple haired boy revealed himself as the main antagonist of this story, throwing Shuichi off his game. Despite their everlasting Quarrel the two were spun into a unexpected turn of feelings, and now Shuichi couldn't pull himself away from the boy. Will this become a lovers conflict?
